We are happy to offer a 7 day return / refund policy for unused and unworn items that still have the Actual Tag attached. Our policy lasts 7 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a Return / Refund.
"Exchange Policy"
Notify us about problems, fitting issues, size issues, damages or defects within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will send a replacement product to you. All will applicable, if Actual Product’s Tag attached with product.
"Procedure for Return / Refund and Exchange –"
In the unlikely event that you received damaged, you should email us / Whatsapp a photo of the damaged product with the Product CODE within 48 hours of receiving your order then it is up to the discretion of the ARVINO QC team to decide whether product is approved for return / refund or exchange.
Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Control team has authorized the return /refund or exchange we will allow to return them to us.
We will initiate your refund via NEFT transfer to your bank account. We may request you for your bank account details before initiating the refund.
Note: - Refund amount will not include shipping charges which you have paid.

2. Any jewelry that has been washed
3. Any jewelry not in its original condition
4. Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories
